WHO'S THIS GUY?
Disclaimer:
I was running a little low on time for this portfolio, so I asked a friend of mine to write this short bio about me. Should be fine, right? Talk to you soon!
XOXO, Clemens
Clemens is a communication design student at the Berlin School Of Design And Communication. From what I know about him, he moved to Berlin two years ago and decided to become a ✨designer✨ right after buying his first beanie at the Boxi flea market. Okay, jokes aside. His interest in graphic design reaches back to the days when he still lived in his hometown Rostock. His beloved grandfather, also working in the field, inspired him to try creating on his own. There he also started to dabble with self-employment and getting in touch with clients. Except for a short break traveling through Southeast Asia, his attention was almost always drawn to design. And I mean that! It's impossible to walk around Berlin with him without having to listen to his opinion on the newest poster campaigns.
But honestly, he's a very passionate and enthusiastic guy. He has his own special way to make people want to listen to what he is saying. Whenever we talk about his job, he never forgets to mention his main goal of creating with the objective to change perspectives, mindsets, and views on this world. To create meaningful artworks whose main intention might not always be profit, but to change people's point of view on certain things.
He has worked with both smaller and bigger companies, ranging from the local one-man Kebab store to clients like Camp David. Always working under the assumption of seeing companies as people and people as companies. No matter how big a client's company is, there are always real humans behind it, and they should be treated accordingly. But the same goes vice versa, even the smallest company should be treated with the same attention and enthusiasm as the big ones.
If you want to find out more about his way of tackling challenges and working with clients, you should head over to his work page or send him a message directly.
Alright, enough of my rambling, see ya!
